DYE-SUBLIMATION PRINT TECHNOLOGY
ISC collection has been enhanced by state of the art technology dye-sublimation print products. This is an extremely progressive transfer technology that requires to be explained in depth. Up until now, the transfer of high quality images to the fabric without altering the material properties was always problematic.
After years of painstaking research a unique dye-sublimation technology was developed, where the combination of pressure and heat is used to break the image already transferred to a special media (transfer paper) into separate colours again. The dye in gas state encapsulates easily into the pores of polyester fabric that have opened up due to the heat treatment. The result is an image equalling high quality photographs in quality.
The most important aspect of dye- sublimation is that the properties of the fabric itself are not altered during this process. The product subjected to dye-sublimation isa s breathable as a similar product without dye-sublimation print. As the colours of the image are encapsulated into the pores of thes fabric, there will be no maintenance associated problems- all the products are machine washable, and the colours won`t wear of fade even after intensive use of the product.
The application of dye-sublimation technology has significantly expanded the artistic possibilities in regard with the images transferred to the clothing –the options are almost unlimited. Developing special designs for the clubs allows us to create unique objects from the artistic point of view.
